The good news is - I will still be coming home, but on a train instead of a plane. Complications could arise from flying so soon after surgery, so I had to come up with another option. A different trip, for sure, but I still get to come home to spend Christmas with my family - and the "Gold" ones - that's all that matters! So, let me know what everyone's plans are for the holidays.
