Back in Illinois...

Hi there, all!! So, it's been a crazy past few weeks since I last posted! In that time I have finished up in Maryland, bought a house in San Antonio - long distance (can't say as I'd ever recommend that and I'll NEVER do it again!!! What a stressful and painful process!) and am now making my way across the States to go home for a week. I'm currently in Farmer City, IL where I decided to stop for the night. I stayed in Newark, OH last night and went by the Longaberger Factory today and spent entirely too much money! lol I figured this may be the last opportunity I have to go by there for a long time, so I wanted to make the stop. It was worth it, too - I got some retired baskets that I didn't have! Like I needed them! Oh well, I wanted them and that's what matters! ha ha...

So, tomorrow I head home and will be able to see some friends that I haven't seen in over 17 years, thanks to Facebook! The newest addiction of mine has brought me back in touch with so many people from my past! Very cool! Come and check it out - but be warned - it's HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!! lol Anyway, I'll be home for about a week and then Daddy and Sasha May and I are heading to San Antonio!!! YAY!!! I can't wait to see my house with the painting done and the little things I wanted to change!

Take care and I'll TTYS,

WOW! You've been busy!

How I would have loved to go to the Longaberger Factory with you. I love those baskets and it would have been a hoot to see them make them. I'm sure I would have spent too much money too.. but like you, it would be worth it. lol

Buying a house long distance sounds kinda scary. I hope everything turns out well and you love it when you get there.

Have a great weekend, a Happy Easter, and a safe return trip home.
